The ton bag packaging machine is an automated packaging equipment that
integrates material conveying, metering, filling, and sealing. It can accurately and
efficiently package bulk such as minerals and chemicals into ton bags, and has

prevention and removal.
The materials are transported from the storage bin or the previous process to the
metering hopper of the ton bag packaging machine through conveying equipment
as screw conveyors and belt conveyors. The weighing device, such as a load
sensor, is installed under the metering hopper to weigh the materials entering
theing hopper in real time. When the weight of the materials reaches the preset
value, the conveying equipment automatically stops feeding to ensure the accuracy
of the weight of each of materials. The empty ton bag is placed on the bag mouth
clamping device of the packaging machine, which automatically clamps the bag
mouth, and then the bag is closed by sewing or heat sealing to prevent material
leakage. The materials in the metering hopper are slowly and evenly filled into the
ton bag through the filling device avoid material impact and overflow, ensuring the
stability and accuracy of the filling process. After filling, the packaging machine
automatically outputs the ton bag to the designated position, such the palletizing
area or the transport vehicle, through the conveying device, which is convenient for
subsequent handling and storage.
